Jamieson McCormack
Holistic Nutrition
To say that Jamieson is in love with nutrition would be a vast understatement. If fact, when others describe her, they usually begin with “Well, she really loves healthy food...”
Jamieson’s interest began early on with a fascination toward the culture behind food and its innate ability to be used as preventative medicine. She spent her teens doing research and trying different foods in order to better understand its mental, emotional and physiological effects (not difficult research to do considering how much Jamieson loves to eat!)
Slowly she became known as a food bible to those around her with a growing knowledge base and a sincere desire to help others with their personal health. Jamieson furthered her education by enrolling in the Exercise Science and Fitness Leadership at Hilltop Academy and then working as a Certified Personal Trainer. Although she had amazing success with her clientele and loved fitness training; her heart always brought her back to nutrition.
Jamieson pursued this calling by attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition for her certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
Jamieson has already witnessed the substantial impact proper nutrition can have one someone’s life’s and is a true believer that absolutely everyone has it in them to take charge and change their lives with food at the forefront!

Meredith Cale
Run Clinic Leader
Quick and dirty are the adjectives that best describe Meredith. Why you ask? She has been running for four years and competing for the past three. She has participated in a variety of different races ranging from 10 km all the way to the ultra-marathon distance as well as a triathlon; a “Jack of all Trades” so to speak. She has also been involved in many marathon and trail running training clinics on the North Shore.
Adam Way
Run Clinic Leader
Young and restless are the adjectives that best describe Adam. He has been running for the past three years and competing for the past two. He has a lengthy background as a clinic leader with trail running training groups on the North Shore.
